Paul Brown Soji, a passionate food enthusiast with deep roots in agriculture and a lifelong love for Nigerian cuisine, founded Da Brown Foodies.

Driven by creativity and a desire to celebrate local flavours, Paul blends traditional recipes with fresh ideas to deliver meals that are both soulful and innovative.
